RETURN POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase.
However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any
reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or an
exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within 3 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. Otherwise items will not be refunded. In this case you can make exchange.

Kindly write to us through the “CONTACT US” page to inform about the return and reason. Buyers can return the goods if wrong product, defective or damaged product has been delivered to him/her. The return should be made in the same condition as the User received the product in – that is in their original packaging with all the paperwork to ensure he/she gets a full refund.

No shipping cost shall be refunded to the User unless the product is either incorrect, damaged or defective. If the return of a product is not due to any defect, damage or incorrect product, then the user would need to bear the return shipping charges.

RETURN IN-STORE

Take any in-store, online or Buy Online Pick-up In-Store purchase to any of our store for a hassle-free refund with a smile within 3 days.  Returns made with the receipt will be refunded in the original method of payment, by exchange. Receipts for online purchases, including Buy Online Pick-up In-Store purchases, can be looked up in-store using your SewingMarket.com order number.

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least 7 days from the receipt of your item to process your return. As soon as we receive the return shipment, and we will send you an email to confirm that the return has been completed on our end. Refunds are in the form of original payment, so please note that your credit card company may take up to 10 additional business days to post the refund to your account.
